Infrastructure Specialist/Senior Systems Engineer (Up to 60K)
- Administer and support Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Entra ID and Microsoft 365 services.
- Manage Exchange Server/Exchange Online, hybrid environments, mail flow and email security.
- Maintain VMware vSphere infrastructure, including ESXi, vCenter, HA, DRS and storage platforms.
- Perform server administration, patching, monitoring, troubleshooting, backup and disaster recovery activities.
- Support Windows 10/11 endpoints, enterprise storage (SAN/NAS), server hardware and infrastructure monitoring tools.
- Implement security hardening, vulnerability remediation and identity & access management solutions.
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and support infrastructure projects, documentation and vendor management.
- Support OpenShift/Kubernetes, AI infrastructure and data platform environments where applicable.
Duties

Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure administration and support.
- Hands‑on experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Active Directory and VMware vSphere.
- Experience supporting enterprise backup solutions (e.g. Veeam), SAN/NAS storage and server hardware platforms.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, MFA, Entra ID, Conditional Access and CIS security standards.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting; exposure to Ansible, Terraform or IaC is an advantage.
- Knowledge of OpenShift, Kubernetes, AI infrastructure or RHEL administration is highly desirable.
- Strong problem‑solving, communication and documentation skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Relevant Microsoft, VMware, Red Hat, Veeam, Kubernetes or ITIL certifications are preferred.
