Provides home and ambulatory infusion therapy nursing care, coordinating with providers and patients in Oregon and Washington under a 7-on/7-off schedule.

Infusion RN – Home and Ambulatory Infusion at Providence Home Services Oregon

Schedule: 7 days in a row then 7 days off. There are 5 days of 8 hr shifts and two days of 10 hr shifts.

Provides direct nursing services and case management related to infusion therapy for patients in the home, clinic, or alternate living site. This is accomplished through collaboration and coordination with various providers, the patient and/or caregiver, the physician and the payor. These services are provided in the states of Oregon and/or southwest Washington.

Required Qualifications:
  • Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
  • Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License. License in states wherever care is delivered, or
  • Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License. License in states wherever care is delivered
  • Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1 year of experience with acute hospital care, infusion, or home health.
