About us Inhouse SAP SuccessFactors Transformation Consultant (m/f/d)
Location: Frankfurt or Mannheim Working Model: Hybrid – 50% Home
Office Our client are a global leading Energy company based in
Frankfurt (order Mannheim) . They are a multi-billion € organization
andcurrently employ over 100.000 employees worldwide in more than 120
countries . They are preparing for a global transformation from their
legacy HCM system to SAP SuccessFactors, with the project due to begin
later this year. Having already hired two experts this year, they are
now looking for an additional Inhouse SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to
help shape the project roadmap, play a key role in the implementation,
and support the growth of the SuccessFactors team. Tasks Design,
implement, and lead the successful implementation of SAP
SuccessFactors Take ownership of SAP SuccessFactors modules, with a
focus on Compensation & Variable Pay . Demonstrate expertise in
managing project progress and driving digital transformation
initiatives. Configure solutions to align with HR requirements and
best practices. Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and updates for
the SAP SuccessFactors system. Collaborate with cross-functional teams
to ensure the successful deployment of solutions. Profile 3–5 years'
experience working with SAP SuccessFactors (flexibility for the right
candidate). Strong functional knowledge of Compensation & Variable Pay
is preferred. Experience with Performance & Goals , Succession , or
Talent Management is also highly desirable. Confident working with
business stakeholders and translating requirements into system
solutions. A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent communication
skills. Strong communication skills (English & German) We offer
