Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and digital channels to generate qualified leads.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads using consultative questioning and needs analysis.
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer pain points and business objectives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track interactions, stages, and deal progress.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align on campaign strategies and leverage lead generation initiatives.
- Manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously, ensuring timely follow-ups and efficient deal progression.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customer accounts.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and performance coaching sessions.
- Stay current on product updates, competitive landscape, and industry trends to enhance sales effectiveness.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer success, or sales development roles.
