Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated and result oriented Inside Sales Representative to support the growth of healthcare technology solutions. The role involves connecting with potential clients, understanding their business needs, and building relationships with hospitals, diagnostic centres, and other healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients through online research, cold calling, emails, and other channels.
• Connect with hospitals and diagnostic centres to understand their requirements and introduce suitable solutions.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain accurate records using CRM tools.
• Handle sales discussions, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and support customer satisfaction

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
• Previous experience in inside sales or B2B sales is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to generate leads, manage follow-ups, and work towards sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge of healthcare technology or AI-based solutions is a plus.
