Docupace is seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Representative to manage and grow a portfolio of small to midsize wealth management firms and RIAs. This remote role will drive new business, customer renewals, account growth, and expansion through consultative selling and strong client relationships.
Summary of Position:
We’re looking for a high-performing Inside Sales Representative to manage and grow a portfolio of small to midsize wealth management firms and RIAs. This role blends account management, expansion, and new-logo acquisition, with a strong focus on remote selling, pipeline discipline, and consultative execution.
You’ll play a key role on our growth team, helping wealth advisors streamline operations, improve client experiences, and scale through our SaaS platform. The ideal candidate is resilient, coachable, highly organized, and energized by a fast-moving sales environment.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own the full sales cycle for net-new logo opportunities from qualification through close.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of small to midsize firms and RIAs through renewals, upsell, and cross-sell motions.
- Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound follow-up, referrals, and targeted account outreach.
- Lead discovery, tailored demos, proposal development, negotiation, and contract execution.
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and disciplined pipeline management.
- Partner with Solutions Consultants, SDRs, Customer Success, and Delivery to create a seamless buyer and customer experience.
- Identify expansion signals in current accounts and convert them into qualified commercial opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support a clean onboarding handoff and long-term client success.
