Install Coordinator
- Review daily email correspondence, and check for properly completed paperwork from comfort consultants and installation teams
- Setup installations for next day as well as coordinate incoming same day installs
- Confirm payment has been received from customer and job is done to specifications
- Maintain communication with Dispatch, Warehouse staff and Install team and comfort consultants
- Participate in training
- Ability to work within a team to provide the best possible customer service
