Institutional Product Lead, Cycles Prime
You will shape product and UX for Cycles Prime and the institutional offerings that follow, designing for sophisticated financial users including traders, treasurers, ops teams, and finance leaders. You'll turn dense, high-stakes workflows into interfaces those users trust, taking the product from closed pilot to public launch and beyond. You'll partner closely with engineering to prototype, test, and ship quickly while maintaining a high quality bar. You'll run your own user research and usability testing, feeding what you learn back into the product. You'll also drive product strategy and roadmap, identifying new surfaces to build and deciding what gets shipped.
