Summary
Designs and develops training materials and learning programs for a customer-service outsourcing company, using e-learning tools and collaborating with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop training content and learning materials.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs.
- Update and improve existing learning programs.
- Ensure training content aligns with business goals and learning standards.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, HR, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in instructional design, learning and development, or training.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and e-learning authoring tools.
- Strong communication, project management, and content development skills.
- Experience with LMS platforms is an advantage.
