Summary

Designs and develops training materials and learning programs for a customer-service outsourcing company, using e-learning tools and collaborating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop training content and learning materials.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs.
  • Update and improve existing learning programs.
  • Ensure training content aligns with business goals and learning standards.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, HR, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in instructional design, learning and development, or training.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and e-learning authoring tools.
  • Strong communication, project management, and content development skills.
  • Experience with LMS platforms is an advantage.
