Instructional Designer

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to craft impactful online learning programs that blend creativity, structure, and technology.

Role Overview

The Instructional Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing engaging digital learning materials. This role will collaborate with subject matter experts, content developers, and multimedia teams to deliver courses that enhance learner engagement, retention, and performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop instructionally sound, interactive eLearning courses, videos, and digital content.
  • Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to structure and transform technical or professional content into clear, learner-friendly modules.
  • Develop storyboards, course scripts, assessments, and interactive exercises aligned with measurable learning objectives.
  • Utilize authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, or Camtasia for creating multimedia-rich eLearning content.
  • Integrate and test learning content on LMS platforms ensuring compatibility with SCORM/xAPI standards.
  • Apply adult learning principles and frameworks such as ADDIE, SAM, and Bloom’s Taxonomy to guide instructional design.
  • Design formative and summative assessments, case studies, and scenario-based learning activities.
  • Collaborate with multimedia, design, and technology teams to ensure a seamless learner experience.
  • Review and continuously improve content based on learner feedback and performance data.
  • Maintain consistency, accessibility (WCAG/ADA), and brand alignment across all learning materials.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in instructional design, eLearning, or corporate training content development.
  • Strong working knowledge of LMS platforms
  • Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Captivate, or Vyond.
  • Familiarity with SCORM/xAPI standards, learning analytics, and instructional frameworks.
  • Excellent written communication and visualization skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.
