We are seeking an Instructional Systems Designer to join our team.
Instructional Systems Designer (ISD)
The ISD will work collaboratively with client personnel to design and develop a variety of instructional products and training materials as needed to meet client design and development goals during the contract period.
Major Responsibilities

Partner closely with stakeholders and client teams to translate business needs, performance gaps, and technical requirements into engaging, learner-centered training solutions.

Lead the end-to-end design and development of high-impact learning experiences, including Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT), Web-Based Training (WBT), video-based learning, and performance support tools (job aids). Ensure solutions are tailored, scalable, and aligned to organizational goals.

Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create interactive, outcome-driven content that enhances learner engagement, retention, and real-world application.

Transform and modernize existing course materials by analyzing content, identifying improvement opportunities, and converting legacy materials into dynamic, user-friendly formats using innovative approaches and technologies.

Leverage multimedia tools and authoring technologies to build visually compelling and interactive learning products that integrate graphics, audio, video, and animation in a cohesive and impactful way.

Ensure all deliverables meet high standards for quality, usability, and visual design by adhering to client templates, brand guidelines, and accessibility requirements.

Produce clear, concise, and effective technical writing that communicates complex concepts in a way that is easy to understand for diverse learner audiences.

Continuously evaluate and refine training materials based on feedback, usability testing, and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement and measurable learning outcomes.

Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, developers, SMEs, and project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standard of excellence.

Stay current on emerging trends, tools, and technologies in instructional design and eLearning, bringing fresh ideas and innovative solutions to enhance program effectiveness.
