Vivusoft Instructional Designer
Summary
Vivusoft is hiring an Instructional Designer in Bangalore (in-office) to own design projects end to end — scoping, research, development, and launch — creating tutorials, user guides, scripts, storyboards, and assessments that turn technical content into engaging learning experiences. Familiarity with the iSpring tech stack is a plus.

For this role based in Bangalore, we're looking for an amazing instructional designers to join us.
The day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Work on instructional design projects through the design lifecycle from scoping, research and analysis, design, development, and launch; providing clear timelines through all phases, communicating with key stakeholders, and selecting appropriate measurements for successful implementation
- Develop instructional materials (tutorials, digital interactions, user guides, audio and video content (including scripts), story boards, navigational text, assessment tests, etc.) which transform technical information into professionally written, engaging instruction
- Manage the design of the overall learning experience presented to the learner
- Direct and guide learning design for internal and external subject matter experts enlisted to produce and publish technical content
