Teach courses in the discipline as assigned by the dean or chair; provide academic advising to students; maintain an active scholarly agenda of research and service; serve on departmental, school, and college committees; engage in assessment requirements; participate in community service and outreach programs; and work collaboratively with colleagues and other programs.

Teach 12 sch per semester

· Provide advising to assigned students

· Participate in curriculum development, assessment of student learning outcomes, and co-curricular enhancements

· Serve on committees on department, school, and college levels

· Engage in scholarly research appropriate for rank

· Participate in public service initiatives
