About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive professional to join our Middle Office Operations team, providing comprehensive support to the sales and business teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist sales team in capturing business opportunities and achieving objectives
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and training decks
- Provide administrative support including insurance forms and meeting records
- Work closely with case management and product teams for end-to-end support
- Develop knowledge of insurance products and HNW market workflows
- Contribute to process improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 6–8 years of experience, preferably in banking or insurance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Performance-driven and results-focused
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
