A global professional services firm is expanding its integration capability and looking for a Senior Integration Consultant to design and deliver integrations between UKG Pro Workforce Management and the broader HR, payroll and finance landscape, built through Dell Boomi.
The Role You will run discovery workshops directly with client technical teams, map existing architecture and data flows, then design and build the integrations in Dell Boomi. This is workforce and payroll data, so the complexity sits in the business rules: overtime, allowances, penalties, leave, shift changes, roster changes, timesheets and approvals. Sequencing and transformation matter, because a small error can flow through to an incorrect payroll outcome.
You do not need prior UKG experience to be considered. What matters is strong integration fundamentals across APIs, file-based feeds, data mapping and transformation, orchestration, error handling, reconciliation and security. The UKG and payroll domain can be picked up on the job if the integration foundation is strong.

- Around 3 to 4 years of relevant integration experience.
