Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Developer specializing in Informatica iPaaS (IICS and ICRT) with a strong focus on real-time and batch application integrations. This role involves designing, developing, and troubleshooting integration components to support ERP, Salesforce, and other system implementations. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of data integration, data warehousing, and API-based services, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and continuous process improvement.

Must Have Skillsets (Mandatory)
- Experience: 6+ years in integration development, including 1-2 full-cycle ERP Fusion implementations.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced expertise in Informatica iPaaS (IICS and ICRT) for real-time and batch integrations.
- Proficiency in integrating with Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, and other systems using Informatica.
- Strong knowledge of web services (SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML, JSON) and API standards, including error handling and exception management.
- Experience with integration frameworks and data transfer to support data warehousing.
- Ability to handle file-based integrations, including file encryption/decryption, SFTP, and database integrations.
- Prior development experience with integrations involving SharePoint, LDAP, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, and Sage.

Good to Have Skillsets (Optional)
- Technical Tools: Advanced experience with Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills in reviewing technical architecture, coding standards, and implementation documentation.
- Adaptability: Ability to multitask effectively, manage risks, and maintain alignment with integration design standards.
- Collaboration: Experience working closely with functional and technical teams to enhance integration components and address feedback.

Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications: Relevant technical certifications are preferred.
- Expertise: In-depth knowledge of integration architecture design, data integration, and continuous technical improvement.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative, proactive approach to work.
