Job Description
The Procurement Intelligence Analyst uses reporting data and analytics to evaluate procurement activity, supplier performance, and operational outcomes. This role collects, analyzes, and interprets data to identify trends, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement. The Analyst delivers clear, actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making across procurement and supplier management functions.
Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated Starting Salary Range for Program Manager: Pay commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities
A procurement intelligence analyst focuses on the strategic utilization of data to optimize procurement processes. Key responsibilities include:
Data Analysis: Gathering, processing, and analyzing procurement data to provide insights that drive value optimization and cost savings
Market Intelligence: Monitoring market trends and supplier performance to inform purchasing decisions and enhance supplier relationships
Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating risks associated with suppliers and procurement processes, ensuring compliance with regulations
Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, finance, and operations, to align procurement strategies with broader business objectives
Reporting: Creating reports and presentations that synthesize findings and support strategic decision-making within the organization
Skills and Qualifications
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and identify trends, enabling informed decision-making
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with procurement software and data analytics tools, as well as advanced Excel skills for modeling and forecasting.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey insights and collaborate with stakeholders .
Problem‑Solving — Ability to diagnose issues and propose actionable solutions
Communication — Clear verbal and written communication skills to effectively conduct reporting and presentation of complex data to non‑technical stakeholders
Technology Fluency — Comfort with AI‑assisted analytics, forecasting tools, and automation platform
Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in fields such as business administration, supply chain management, or data analytics
Experience — 5+ years in supply chain analysis, data analysis, or related roles
Certifications — Procurement and Supply Chain Management, AI Procurement Demand and Forecasting Analyst or other relevant credentials not required but preferred
