Summary
Analyze intelligence data, threats, and biometrics to support national security missions, drawing actionable conclusions for government partners in a classified environment.
Job Description
- Apply both qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques to aggregate, assess, and analyze threats, intelligence reporting, personal identifiers, and biometric data, and draw logical fact-based recommendations and conclusions in accordance with client Standard Operating Procedures and Guidelines.
- Understand management principles and administrative processes, including communication channels, record-keeping, correspondence routing, and organizational structure.
- Possess strong oral and written communication skills to effectively present findings, ask probing questions, and collaborate with staff to gather mission-critical information.
- Extract, analyze, and synthesize intelligence data from multiple complex sources to support threat analysis, screening, and support for client unit operations.
- Consistently apply complex guidance and standard procedures, and perform additional assigned duties as needed.
- Some roles may require shift work including nights, weekends and/or holidays.
Education and Years of Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience; 4 additional years of experience may be substituted in place of a degree for an Intelligence Analyst I level position.
- Additional years of experience and higher education can qualify candidates to be considered for higher level Intelligence Analyst opportunities.
- Background in intelligence analysis, national security, law enforcement, or related mission environments
- Experience conducting research and analysis using multiple information systems
- Familiarity with intelligence processes, analytical methodologies, or operational mission environments
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced mission support environments
Required Experience
- Minmum of a Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
- Ability to obtain and maintain a CI Polygraph
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in mission-focused environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in operational settings
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting federal law enforcement, intelligence community, or national security missions
- Experience working in multi-agency environments
- Familiarity with analytical databases and intelligence research tools
- Experience working in operational or shift-based mission environments
Working Conditions
- The employee will work in a climate-controlled office environment performing desk-based duties.
- This role does not require physical exertion beyond standard office movements and travel is not expected.
