Intelligent Automation Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Intelligent Automation practice to contribute to and drive business transformation through automation solutions and AI-powered tools within innovative, fast-paced project environments.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, current-state processes, and client pain points
• Create clear, high-quality functional specifications, user stories, and process maps to support development
• Actively participate in and facilitate client workshops, presentations, and requirements sessions
• Support the project team across all phases of the SDLC, translating business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements
• Facilitate UAT with clients and collaborate with developers to ensure the final solution meets business needs
• Build and maintain strong, credible relationships with project stakeholders
• Leverage AI tools and prompt engineering techniques to automate project tasks and improve delivery efficiency

Requirements

• 2+ years of practical experience in business analysis, possessing a solid grasp of core business analysis frameworks, principles, tools, and techniques
• Solid understanding of the SDLC and how business analysis integrates into software development and deployment phases
• Understanding of business process automation and AI concepts
• UiPath Expertise: Foundational certifications (e.g., Automation Business Analyst Associate training) / hands-on experience will be considered a major advantage
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a structured approach to problem-solving
• Confident interpersonal and communication skills
• A highly proactive attitude, coachability, and a strong desire to learn emerging technologies
• Upper-Intermediate English language proficiency (B2 minimum), with strong written and verbal communication skills for direct client interaction

Nice to have

• Hands-on exposure to AI tools and techniques, such as prompt engineering, LLMs, or natural language processing (NLP)
