Job Summary

Handle sales enquiries and develop tailored proposals and conceptual designs that meet clients’ needs and budgets. Coordinate projects, supervise site works, and work closely with our in-house teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to sales enquiries and build strong customer relationships.

• Prepare detailed proposals and quotations based on clients’ requirements, budgets, and design specifications.

• Develop and present conceptual designs that meet clients’ needs and preferences.

• Coordinate project activities and supervise site works to ensure timely completion and quality workmanship.

• Work closely with in-house teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve issues and keep projects on schedule.

• Manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

• Attend to customer enquiries outside regular working hours or on weekends when required.
