Interior Designer
Summary
Designs and documents commercial office interiors using AutoCAD, Photoshop, and 3D tools; coordinates with clients, suppliers, and vendors to deliver fit-outs from concept to completion.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Architecture & Designwith 4–6 years of relevant experience in interior design.
- Strong creative flair, excellent color sense, space planning, and design documentation skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, PowerPoint, 3D software, and experienced in preparing tender/construction drawing packages for commercial offices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and design presentation skills; a team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Committed to delivering high-quality results.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and develop design concepts and proposals based on client requirements.
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors to obtain quotes and ensure quality finishes.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations, construction drawings, and assist with tender processes and site observations.
- Capable of managing projects independently, from design conceptualization and development through to completion.
