Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our decoration company. The role is responsible for understanding clients' requirements, developing interior design concepts, preparing drawings and 3D designs, and coordinating with clients and site teams to ensure projects are completed according to the design and requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and design expectations.
- Develop interior and decoration concepts based on client needs and project requirements.
- Conduct site surveys, take measurements, and monitor site conditions and progress.
- Prepare detailed drawings, floor plans, and 3D designs for interior decoration projects.
- Use AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop to develop and present design concepts.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and relevant teams to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
- Make necessary design adjustments based on client feedback and site conditions.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and attention to detail throughout the design process.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Designer or Management.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in interior design, decoration, or a related field.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
- Good understanding of interior design, space planning, materials, and decoration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving and site coordination skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative, detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions & Benefits
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM & 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
- Salary: USD 320 – 450
- Meal: One free lunch provided
- Holidays: Public holidays (Chinese New Year, Khmer New Year, and Pchum Ben)
- Annual Leave: 12 days per year
