Interior Designer

• Prepare design concepts, sketches, space planning, design development, specifications, and detailed drawings.
• Select and source suitable materials, furnishings, lighting fixtures, and accessories to complement the overall design concept.
• Develop detailed layout plans and 3D perspectives for presentations and design proposals.
• Present design concepts and proposals to clients, understand their requirements, and incorporate feedback into revisions.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors, and other relevant parties when required.
• Maintain good attention to detail throughout the design and project development process.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure deadlines are met.
• Perform other ad hoc duties and support the team as required.

Requirements

• Minimum Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant industry experience preferred; entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in 3ds Max, AutoCAD, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Creative with a strong eye for detail and design aesthetics.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible, independent, and willing to learn.
• Able to multitask, adapt quickly, and handle challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
