- Prepare design concepts, sketches, space planning, design development, specifications, and detailed drawings.
- Select and source suitable materials, furnishings, lighting fixtures, and accessories to complement the overall design concept.
- Develop detailed layout plans and 3D perspectives for presentations and design proposals.
- Present design concepts and proposals to clients, understand their requirements, and incorporate feedback into revisions.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors, and other relevant parties when required.
- Maintain good attention to detail throughout the design and project development process.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure deadlines are met.
- Perform other ad hoc duties and support the team as required.
Requirements
- Minimum Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant industry experience preferred; entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in 3ds Max, AutoCAD, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Creative with a strong eye for detail and design aesthetics.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated, responsible, independent, and willing to learn.
- Able to multitask, adapt quickly, and handle challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
