Leads a remote team to design high-end residential interiors, creating 3D renderings, selecting materials, and producing detailed drawings using CAD and visualization tools.

We are looking for an Lead Interior Designer to be a key part of our team. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our team of Architects and designers to create and execute interior design concepts for a range of residential projects, in a remote setting. He/ She will be responsible for developing design concepts, creating 3D renderings, selecting materials and finishes, and create detailed design specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Responsibilities
· Collaborate with Architects and designers to develop interior design concepts for a range of high-end residential projects
· Lead a team of remote designers to prepare 3D renderings and presentations to communicate design concepts to Clients and consultants
· Lead a team of designers to prepare design drawings, tender drawings, specifications, contract drawings and working drawings for coordination with Clients, Consultants and Contractors
· Select materials, finishes and furniture to create cohesive and functional design schemes
· Liaise with Consultants on design and technical matters
. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate new ideas into design concepts
Qualifications and Skills
· Minimum 2 years of interior design and project experience for high-end residential projects
· Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
· Experience in residential houses, residential, showflat interior design projects
· Proficient in Autocad, Sketchup, Enscape
· Able to work in a team
· Strong English oral and written communication skills
