Interior Designer (In-House + Sales)
Job Summary
We’re looking for a motivated and passionate Junior Interior Designer to join our growing team! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both design and client interaction. You will support senior designers in project coordination, design development, client communication, and quotation preparation while contributing to the successful delivery of residential and commercial renovation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Interior Designers in preparing quotations, space planning, layouts, and project schedules.
- Attend client meetings to understand project requirements and provide design consultations.
- Prepare and present design proposals and interior concepts.
- Follow up on sales enquiries and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Coordinate renovation progress with contractors and suppliers.
- Assist with project administration and documentation.
- Handle general office duties and maintain an organised workspace.
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members.
- Work independently while meeting project deadlines.
- Continuously learn and improve your design and sales skills.
Requirements
- Proficient in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Photoshop (required).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, responsible, and eager to learn.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, or relevant working experience is preferred.
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary + Comm : SGD $2000 – $4,000
- Commission: 20% – 30% (attractive commission scheme)

Working Hours
- Monday – Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Alternate Saturdays
- Sundays & Public Holidays Off
