INTERIOR DESIGNER

Summary

The Interior Designer is responsible for space planning, concept development, and creating 3D perspective and construction drawings. They also manage client and contractor communications and prepare design documentation and material selections.

Responsibilities:

To formulate space planning, concept development and interior design conceptualisation

To generate 3D Computerised perspective drawings and all construction detail drawings

To prepare presentation such as design intent, colour scheme and material board

To prepare for Construction Specification / Design Documentations / Material Selection

To communicate and liaise with clients, contractors, consultants and project managers on all project matters

Requirements:

Possess a good knowledge of construction materials and various technical and building codes

Able to multi-task and meet project schedule

Able to work independently
