Work Timings: 11:30 am – 8:30 pm
Compensation
- Internship: ₹15,000/month stipend with PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) opportunity.
- Full-time: ₹25,000/month salary.
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated HR Associate / Intern to support our HR team, with a primary focus on talent acquisition and recruitment activities. This role is best suited for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are eager to gain hands-on exposure to HR processes in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior HR in sourcing and screening candidates from multiple platforms.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Maintain hiring trackers and update candidate databases regularly.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and status updates.
- Support HR team in documentation and other day-to-day tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0–6 months of HR internship or work experience (freshers encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
