Intern, Customer Service & Operations
- Respond to and assist with customer inquiries received through email, phone, and other communication channels.
- Support customer service activities by addressing non-technical requests and directing inquiries to the appropriate teams.
- Assist with opening and maintaining customer projects by gathering required information, documentation, and product details.
- Help coordinate communication between customers and internal departments to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
- Maintain and update customer records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Support data entry, document management, and administrative tasks related to customer accounts and projects.
- Assist in tracking project status, customer requests, and follow-up actions.
- Help prepare reports, presentations, and other business documentation as needed.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support team projects.
- Adhere to the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and all physical and digital security requirements.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferably in the final year of university studies.
- Available for a 3–6 month internship.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn about customer service, business operations, and project coordination.
