Intern - Data Engineer (Aftersales)
Summary
This internship role involves supporting the Aftersales team by extracting, cleaning, and managing data pipelines while creating performance dashboards and presentations. The intern will utilize SQL, ETL processes, and MS Office tools to assist with data-driven reporting and cross-functional collaboration.
Data
Extraction: Gather service, warranty, and customers
feedback data from various Aftersales platforms/ ERPs.
Pipeline
Management: Assist in designing and maintaining
basic data pipelines for the Aftersales ecosystem.
Report
Creation: Update weekly and monthly Aftersales
performance dashboards using MS Excel.
Data
Cleaning: Clean and validate raw field data to
ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.
Presentation
Support: Convert complex data sheets into clear,
visual PowerPoint presentations for leadership updates.
Cross-functional
Collaboration: Work with service engineers to understand data
Requirements
Education: Recently graduated B.E. / B.Tech (Computer Science, IT, Data
Engineering, or related streams).
