Mercedes-Benz Vietnam Ltd. (MBV), a joint venture with the German-based Mercedes-Benz AG and SAMCO, was incorporated on the 14th of April in 1995. MBV has been tasked with the assembly and distribution of passenger cars. Since our foundation in 1995, we have been a key player in the local automotive industry, especially in the luxury segment.

As a Legal & Compliance Intern, your responsibilities will include\:

• Supporting the department's daily administrative tasks.
• Researching local laws against corporate policies to localize content.
• Training and consulting other departments on relevant corporate policies.
• Keeping track of and organizing internal work instructions within the Company.
• Preparing slides and documentation for Compliance reports as assigned.
• Planning and coordinating department's projects.
• Writing comprehensive articles on Compliance subjects to raise awareness within the Company.
• Other tasks as requested
