Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or equivalent</span></font></li><li><font color="#000000" face="Arial, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14px;font-family:DarwinSans;">Basic understanding of M&E systems, including HVAC, lighting, electrical power distribution, and fire protection systems.</span></font></li><li><font color="#000000" face="Arial, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14px;font-family:DarwinSans;">Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other M&E design software is a plus.</span></font></li><li><font
