Job Description – Placement Consultant


Position: Placement Intern, Placement Calling Consultant
Organization: Quest Alliance
Location: Patel Nagar, New Delhi
Employment Type: Internship
Stipend: Up to ₹15,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

About the Role

Quest Alliance is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic female or male fresher to join our Placement team as a Placement Intern. The intern will support learner outreach, placement coordination, employer engagement, and data management to strengthen employment opportunities for ITI graduates across Haryana.

Eligibility

  • female or male candidates (Freshers are encouraged to apply)

  • Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass or above

Required Skills

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Basic computer proficiency

  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Willingness to learn and work collaboratively

  • Open to frequent travel within Delhi NCR and Haryana

Scope of Work & Key Responsibilities

Learner Outreach & Placement Support

  • Conduct aspiration and placement status calls with Haryana ITI alumni.

  • Follow up with alumni regarding employment opportunities and placement updates.

  • Maintain accurate learner records and placement-related information.

  • Collect and update placement evidence received through email or WhatsApp.

Employer Engagement

  • Generate, build, and maintain relationships with local employers through calls, emails, and meetings.

  • Support trade-specific job opportunity generation for Haryana learners.

  • Maintain regular follow-up with employer partners to strengthen engagement.

Placement Coordination

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing placement drives and job fairs, as required.

  • Support pre-placement and post-placement activities.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of placement initiatives.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and organized placement data, including walk-ins, line-ups, placement drives, and learner records.

  • Collate, verify, and report placement data in a timely manner.

  • Update daily, weekly, and monthly reports as assigned.

  • Share weekly and monthly work plans and progress updates with the reporting team.
