Job Description
Responsibilities
• Business development prospecting by assisting with cold calling for new prospects and Leasing enquiries
• Assist in market research and data collection to plan and execute the intended Trade mix
• Assist in the preparation of presentation slides and Excel data entry/analysis
• Assist in administrative work when required
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
• Currently pursuing a Diploma in Business, Real Estate Business, or any other related disciplines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge of real estate principles
• Strong numerical skills are an advantage
• Keen interest in the F&B/Retail/Entertainment industry
