- A background in data analytics, data management, data science, or a related discipline. Experience with coding such as SQL and Python, data visualisation with Power BI, and data analysis tools like Alteryx is essential to success in this role.
- Demonstrated experience using data analytics and AI tools to generate insights and solve complex business problems, with the ability to critically assess outputs, apply sound professional judgement and guide the work of others.
- Experience driving adoption of emerging technologies and AI through stakeholder engagement, coaching, experimentation, and capability uplift.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships, influence senior leaders and present complex data and technology topics clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- A passion for learning, innovation, and continuous improvement. Qualifications or experience in internal audit, assurance, or risk management will be an advantage.
