Internal Brand & Experience Manager
We're Clover Security.
We're building the future of product security. Our mission is to enable both humans and AI to build secure-by-design software, at scale, without slowing innovation.
Our About us page offers a real look at our culture, our values, and the people behind the product.
This is where you come in.
We're hiring an Internal Brand & Experience Manager. At Clover, the people who work here are the most important audience we have. The experience of being one of us should be as considered as anything we put in front of a customer, and we hold it to the same bar. That’s why this role sits under Brand. You’ll design the experience and the culture across our teams in Tel Aviv, London, and the US, from someone’s first day through every milestone that follows. A separate Operations team runs the building and the day-one logistics, so your energy goes entirely into the people, the moments, and the story, with an obsessive eye for detail.
Requirements
What You’ll Do
- Own the global welfare and engagement calendar end to end: company events, happy hours, holidays and milestones, gifts, and a premium, unmistakably-Clover swag and gifting program. Planned with taste, run with precision, never generic. This is hands-on. You’ll sweat the details of a single gift, not just design the framework for one.
- Treat internal communication like our best brand work. Own the voice behind company moments, celebrations, and announcements, so what people hear on the inside is as polished and as alive as what the market hears on the outside.
- Keep one team across three time zones. Make the US and our London hub as looked-after and as visible as the people down the hall in Tel Aviv. Balance the schedule, ship milestone gifts anywhere, and shape events so distributed people feel like core contributors, never afterthoughts.
- Design the employee lifecycle. Set the standard for every moment that matters, from the day-one welcome through work anniversaries to a thoughtful goodbye, while Operations executes the IT, the equipment, and the desk.
- Stay genuinely close to how people feel about working here, formally and informally, and let that sentiment shape what you build next.
- Own a real, multi-currency budget across all three regions. Spend where it lands, split it fairly between hubs, and curate vendors to a standard that matches the brand
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years leading employee or people experience, culture, or events end-to-end at a tech or creative company, including senior-level scope. Startup or scaleup pace is a major plus.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew, both written and spoken. Non-negotiable, given how cross-border this role is.
- A real instinct for narrative. You can turn an internal email, a Slack post, or an event invite into something that makes people feel proud to be part of Clover.
- A proven track record running engagement calendars for a distributed team across Israel, the US, and Europe.
- Comfort holding the big-picture brand goal while running the master schedule and the vendor list without dropping a single detail.
- The presence to take a culture strategy to leadership, and the grit to build it from scratch without a team under you.
- Hands-on, discreet with sensitive things, and a genuine eye for taste. You notice what’s off before anyone reports it, and you come to the table with answers.
If this role excites you, even if you don’t check every box, we’d love to hear from you.
