- HSE Compliance & Assurance
- Support legal register rollout and gap closure.
- Support UAUC improvement and ABR rollout.
- Assist with class-label compliance and HSE checklist updates.
- Gain exposure to incident investigation work processes.
- Field HSE Activities
- Participate in daily plant walkabouts and PTW compliance verification.
- Support waste management assurance.
- Conduct compliance checks for bicycles, tools and hoses under department ownership.
- Support chemical management compliance, including labelling and SDS.
- Consolidate and follow up Management Walkabout findings and actions.
- Support electrical appliance inspections in PRD CCR.
- Participate in departmental HSE activities and programmes.
- PTW, Audit & Documentation
- Assist with daily PTW & LOTO audits, record & tracking
- Support monthly FLA (First Line Assurance) and compilation
- Assist in preparing/reviewing HSE procedures (Managing Non-positive Isolation L3)
- Support the HSE ET Power BI dashboard covering PTW and UAUC.
- HSE Promotion & Communication
- Develop HSE posters, safety moments and videos.
- Participate in HSE programmes, health talks and healthy-lifestyle activities.
- Support general HSE promotion, engagement, and communication.
