Internship 2027 for Health & Safety, Group Health, Safety & Environment, PETRONAS, Holding Company - COO (Bachelor's in Computer Science/Information Technology)

1. Working committee and/or secretariat function for event organization or program implementation e.g. MESTIfit4health campaign and mental health awareness.

2. Manage administrative matters not limited to document/file organization, meeting arrangement, bookings of rooms for meeting, request specific service to internal stakeholders, refreshment ordering, claims etc.

3. Conduct data entry and the retrieval in relevant filing system and databases (including monitoring, tracking and periodic update) to ensure data are comprehensively recorded in a timely manner, systematically archived for easy retrieval and secure safekeeping. Example of database are OH SharePoint, Health & Wellbeing One Stop portal, OH CoP portal and other relevant repository filing and data storage platform.
