1. License and Registration Applications
Evaluate the License and Registration application through thorough review and analysis of companies’ submission, conduct due diligence checking and ensure compliance to stipulated requirements such as licensing/registration and statutory requirements, operating guidelines and government directives.

2. Post License/Registration Activities
Conduct due diligence of the licensed/registered companies; the enforcement of company’s implementation of special conditions imposed during their license/registration validity period as well as managing changes on company status upon advise from CPRC and CPAC secretariat; dispute on licensed/ registered companies e.g. conflict of shareholder, director or principal.

3. License and Registration Issues Management
Investigate, identify the root cause and propose solution on Licensing and Registration related issues received from PETRONAS Call Centre and internal parties and communicate to the relevant parties on the proposed solution.

4. Standardized Work and Equipment Categories (SWEC)
Conduct evaluation and verify the SWEC applications by vendors and its Minimum Technical Requirement (MTR).
