Internship for Graphic Designer/Multimedia at MPM

✅ Key Responsibilities:

  1. Visual Content Development
    • Design graphics for internal and external communication materials, including posters, infographics, brochures, social media visuals, and presentation decks.
    • Support branding initiatives and ensure visual consistency across all outputs.
  2. Digital Communication Support
    • Create digital assets for email newsletters, website content, corporate announcements, and social media campaigns.
    • Assist in creating visuals for videos, animations, or digital storytelling (basic motion design a plus).
  3. Campaign and Event Support
    • Design collaterals for strategic communication campaigns and corporate events (e.g., event backdrops, digital screens, invitation cards).
    • Collaborate with the comms team on concept development for event themes and communication rollouts.
  4. Creative Ideation & Concepting
    • Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions for campaigns or initiatives.
    • Stay updated on design trends and suggest fresh visual approaches to enhance engagement.
  5. Project Coordination & Asset Management
    • Assist in managing creative assets and updating design libraries and templates.
    • Work with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely delivery of design materials.
  6. Brand Compliance
    • Ensure all visual materials align with the company’s brand guidelines and tone of voice.
Ideal Skills & Tools:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects is a plus)
  • Understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding
  • Basic video editing or motion graphics skills (optional but valued)
  • Detail-oriented with good time management
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced corporate environment
