Assist in reviewing and organizing export/import documentation and shipment-related data to support market activities and ensure smooth coordination across functions.
2. Maintain OGD Marketing Dashboard
Assist in updating and validating marketing dashboards, ensuring reports are accurate, timely, and provide meaningful insights into OGD business performance.
3. Analyze Logistics Cost Performance
Support the tracking and analysis of demurrage, despatch, and logistics-related costs, identifying trends and highlighting areas for cost optimization.
4. Coordinate Sales & Supply Data
Assist in monitoring product movement and delivery schedules by coordinating sales forecasts and supply updates to support business continuity.
5. Prepare Market and Trade Reports
Compile and analyze trade, shipment, and sales data to support business reporting, market assessments, and management presentations.
6. Monitor Departmental Cost and Billing Data
Assist in reviewing monthly billing records and operational expenses to ensure accurate reporting and support cost analysis activities.
7. Support Compliance-Related Reporting
Maintain and update regulatory and trade-related reports to ensure proper record keeping and support compliance requirements.
8. Manage Commercial Documentation
Assist in consolidating contracts and commercial documents, maintaining organized records and supporting cross-functional coordination.
9. Support Power BI and Market Insight Updates
Assist in updating Power BI dashboards, weekly pricing trackers, and market outlook reports by gathering and validating relevant market data.
10. Monitor Customer Contract Performance
Track term contract performance, analyze sales fulfillment against commitments, and highlight variances or opportunities for improvement.
11. Support Internal Communications and Engagement Activities
Coordinate departmental meetings, prepare meeting materials, record minutes, and assist in organizing team engagement and culture initiatives.
12. Assist Product Stewardship and Sustainability Initiatives
Support the Product Stewardship team by collecting data, preparing reports, and tracking KPI-related activities to ensure timely execution and reporting.
13. Conduct Market Research and Competitor Analysis

14. Prepare Management Presentations and Business Insights
