Summary
Intern supports corporate strategy tasks in Kuala Lumpur, including data uploads, report design, and event coordination for energy sector projects.
Upload Daily Alerts (DA) to the portal, including sourcing and selecting relevant images.
Upload SR Radar articles to the portal and prepare accompanying visuals.
Design and prepare promotional banners for the Gas Gazette and other reports.
Coordinate and manage the monthly Gas Commentary schedule.
Support the preparation of quarterly reports, including graphic design, formatting and document compilation (e.g. Gas Gazette and EPIC).
Support the preparation of EP/Gas & Maritime presentation decks and management reports, including data consolidation, chart preparation, slide formatting/layout enhancement.
Support event coordination and meeting logistics, where required.
Maintain and organise databases (e.g. daily gas prices for the Gas Commentary) to ensure information is up to date and easily accessible.
Support ad hoc research and data gathering for EP/Gas & Maritime-related projects and initiatives.
