Infineon Technologies is seeking a Full Stack Developer intern who will work on the Unit Process Excellence team to develop a standardized analytics platform for backend manufacturing sites. The internship is full‑time and on site in Singapore.
Interns will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable analytics tools that support data‑driven decision making. Two interns will be selected, one as a Data Analyst and one as a Full Stack Developer, and will collaborate closely with the team to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Application Development: design, develop, and implement scalable analytics tools using modern web technologies.
- Backend Engineering: create and maintain backend APIs and databases to securely store and retrieve performance metrics.
- Frontend Development: implement user‑friendly, responsive interfaces to improve usability for operational teams.
- System Maintenance: troubleshoot, update, and maintain existing solutions to enhance usability and performance.
- End‑to‑End Project Experience: contribute to a high‑impact industry‑grade analytics project from development to deployment.
- Data‑Driven Problem Solving: build expertise in data‑driven problem solving and process optimisation within a real‑world manufacturing context.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: collaborate effectively in cross‑functional teams while aligning technical solutions with business objectives.
- Technical & Project Skills Enhancement: strengthen technical and project management skills through exposure to advanced tools, technologies, and methodologies used in backend manufacturing.
- Education: on track to attain a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a computer‑related course with a research‑oriented mindset.
- Programming Knowledge: solid understanding of front‑end and back‑end programming languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript/React for frontend; Node.js, Django, or Flask for backend).
- Database & API Proficiency: proficiency in working with SQL/NoSQL databases and APIs for seamless integration.
- Cloud & DevOps Exposure: experience or understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and version control systems (e.g., Git) is highly beneficial.
