Step into the fast-paced world of luxury retail and make your mark from day one. As a Supply Chain Intern, you will gain a broad view of how sales, inventory, and distribution come together to support the performance of the EMEA region.

You will work closely with Sales Planning, Distribution Planning, Merchandising, and other Supply Chain teams, contributing to real-time business decisions — from analyzing sales and forecasting demand to monitoring inventory and supporting product distribution across markets.

From data analysis to operational execution, you will sit at the intersection of business and supply chain, developing a strong understanding of how the right products move from forecast to store and ultimately to the client.

Key Accountabilities

Distribution Planning:

Get hands-on experience with how inventory is managed and distributed across multiple EMEA markets. You will:

  • Assist in monitoring stock levels and targets across boutiques, identifying availability gaps and inventory risks.

  • Analyze sales and inventory data to support distribution and replenishment decisions, ensuring the right products are available in the right stores at the right time.

  • Support the Distribution Planning team in reviewing allocations and adjusting assortments based on market needs and sales performance.

    • Contribute to identifying stock imbalances and supporting regional rebalancing actions to improve inventory efficiency and sales opportunities.

    • Support product launches, store openings, and seasonal initiatives by helping coordinate inventory availability and distribution plans.

    • Follow up on stock movements between the regional distribution center and markets, ensuring timely execution and resolution of operational issues.

  • Work closely with Merchandising and Sales Planning to understand how sales expectations and product strategies translate into distribution decisions.

Sales Planning:

  • Get an understanding of how sales forecasts are built and translated into supply chain decisions. You will:

  • Analyze sales performance and trends across EMEA markets, product categories, and key product families.

  • Support the Sales Planning team in monitoring forecast performance and identifying significant gaps versus expectations.

  • Contribute to weekly and monthly sales planning activities by preparing analyses and consolidating business inputs.

  • Support the review of new product launches and their sales performance to help refine demand assumptions.

  • Assist in preparing reports and analysis used to support discussions with Supply Chain, Merchandising, Finance, and other stakeholders.

  • Help identify sales trends, risks, and opportunities that may have an impact on inventory and distribution decisions.

Reporting, Analytics & Process Improvement:

Turn data into actionable insights and help the team continuously improve the way we work. You will:

  • Use Excel, Power BI, and other reporting tools to analyze sales, inventory, and distribution performance.

  • Prepare and maintain recurring reports and dashboards used by the Supply Chain team.

  • Support the team in identifying opportunities to improve reporting accuracy, efficiency, and visibility.

  • Contribute to ad-hoc analyses to answer business questions and support decision-making.

  • Participate in process improvement projects with the Sales Planning, Distribution, and Supply Chain teams.

  • Help document and improve existing processes and tools, bringing a fresh perspective to the way we work.

Qualifications

Required :

  • Student in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field, looking for an internship in an international environment.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.

  • Excellent written/verbal communication (in English) and diplomacy skills.

  • Strong analytical skills and detail oriented.

  • Able to deal with ambiguity and make decisions based on the best available infoµ.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a genuine interest in working across cultures and pre-empting “lost-in-translation” situations

Preferred :

  • Knowledge of analytics or planning tools like Power BI, Anaplan is a plus — but not essential.
