Inventory Analyst
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1 |
Responsible for all transactions pertaining to Inventory in Glovia |
|
2 |
Reconcile and review inventory sub ledger against general ledger and identify and investigate variances |
|
3 |
Perform daily walkthrough in workshop to verify issued inventory in WIP physically tallies with system (GLOVIA) issued quantities. |
|
4 |
Close work orders and ensure all costs are accurate and complete. |
|
5 |
Perform GRN for all related purchase orders, good and services. |
|
6 |
Prepare counts sheets for physical inventory cycle and year end counts |
|
8 |
Assist in reviewing the WIP vs Backlog report monthly. |
|
9 |
Review with sales and project team on open work orders on a monthly basis. |
|
10 |
Responsible for compiling manual/ mercury timesheet accrual, non-productive and summary report. – Daily and month end closing. |
|
11 |
Assist in SOX audit and external audits. Will be the point of contact for all inventory related matters with auditors |
|
12 |
To compile and review MES export and import documents for quarterly GST reporting. |
|
13 |
Perform any other duties that may be assigned. |
|
14 |
Comply with the Oil States Industries Quality Management System. |
|
Part 3: Qualification Requirements |
|
|
Formal Education & Certification |
|
|
Minimum diploma qualification or with relevant years of experience. |
|
|
Knowledge & Experience |
|
|
Minimum 3 years inventory control and basic accounting experience. |
|
|
Ability to prioritize work flow. |
|
|
Strong PC skills in MS Office applications. |
