Inventory Lead

Job Descriptions

• Oversee daily inventory control operations and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Perform cycle counts, physical inventory counts, and stock reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and overages.
• Monitor inventory movements and ensure timely system updates.
• Coordinate with receiving, shipping, and warehouse teams to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff on inventory procedures and best practices.
• Prepare inventory reports and analyze stock trends.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Support warehouse process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce inventory errors.
• Assist with inventory audits and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
• Collaborate with purchasing and operations teams to optimize inventory levels.

Job Requirement

• Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification
• 3–5 years of warehouse or inventory control experience, including supervisory or team lead responsibilities.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
