Some of the exciting things that you will get to do!
- Own and manage the end-to-end inventory planning process for Shark & Ninja brands across our DTC channels in Western European markets
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for our owned eCommerce sites in collaboration with the DTC/eCommerce, marketing, and finance teams
- Monitor inventory levels, stock health, and sell-through performance on our DTC platforms, proactively flagging risks of overstock or stockouts
- Partner with supply chain and fulfilment/logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment and optimal stock allocation to support DTC demand
- Support NPD (new product development) launches by ensuring inventory readiness and phase-in/phase-out planning for direct launches
- Analyse DTC sales trends, seasonality, promotional impact, and market-specific dynamics to refine planning assumptions
- Work closely with the performance marketing and trading teams to align inventory plans with promotional calendars and campaign activity
- Report on key DTC inventory KPIs (e.g., stock cover, fill rate, aged inventory, forecast accuracy, out-of-stock rate) to senior stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve DTC-specific planning processes, tools, and cross-functional ways of working
- Support in the coordination of promotional and seasonal event planning (such as Black Friday) from an inventory readiness perspective
- Collaborate with finance on inventory-related budgeting, working capital, and cost management for the DTC business
- Monitor competitor DTC strategies and market trends to inform planning strategy
Some of the things that you'll bring to the role:
- Extensive experience in inventory planning, demand planning, or supply chain management within a DTC or eCommerce business
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable plans
- Experience working with ERP, planning, and eCommerce/OMS systems
- A great communicator with experience managing multiple cross-functional stakeholders
- Highly commercial and results driven, with strong attention to detail
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A team player who promotes collaboration across markets and functions
- Ability to multitask and prioritise, ensuring multiple deadlines are met at any given time
- A motivated self-starter who is proactive, curious, and comfortable challenging the status quo
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in French and/or other Western European languages is a plus
- Prior experience planning inventory for an owned/direct eCommerce channel (as opposed to wholesale/retail) is highly advantageous
