We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory and Support Associate to join our team. This position plays a key role in maintaining an organized stockroom, fulfilling web orders, supporting store operations, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience—both in-store and online.
- Receive, unpack, and process new merchandise shipments.
- Organize and maintain backstock areas to company standards.
- Replenish merchandise on the sales floor as needed.
- Assist with inventory counts, tagging, and transfers.
- Support visual merchandising by ensuring product placement meets brand standards.
- Assist in pulling, packing, and shipping online or special orders.
- Provide general support on the sales floor, including light customer interaction as needed.
- Help maintain overall store cleanliness and organization.
- Complete markdowns and promotional sign changes accurately and on schedule.
- Work collaboratively with store staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
- Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Reliable and self-motivated; able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
