- Provide support to portfolio management teams, ensuring seamless trade execution
- Coordinate trade workflows, focusing on comprehensive transaction preparations and trading support
- Oversee liquidity across multiple investment mandates to optimize cash management and funding efficiencies
- Monitor investment guidelines closely to maintain robust internal controls and regulatory compliance
- Act as the primary point of contact for audit, risk management, and legal control functions
- Generate regular management tracking documents alongside detailed portfolio performance reports

- >1 year of experience within private banking or financial institutions
- Strong knowledge of cross-asset trade lifecycles, compliance frameworks, and investment mandates.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively manage relationships with internal controls and risk management
