Requirements:
- Master's degree in Nursing (FNP, ACNP), DO, MD, Master’s prepared Physician’s Assistant
- Nurses must maintain an active, current and unencumbered RN license
- Current board certification required in area of practice
- Minimum of 2 years professional experience
