Emagine is seeking an iOS Developer to join a collaborative and dynamic project environment in Lisbon, Portugal. This role is ideal for a mobile developer with solid experience in iOS development and Swift who wants to build, maintain, and continuously improve mobile applications.
You will be involved in the full iOS development lifecycle, from developing new features and maintaining existing applications to contributing to technical discussions, quality assurance, and continuous integration processes. You will work closely with internal and external development teams to ensure high-quality mobile solutions and contribute to technical and architectural decisions.
What You'll Be Working On
Develop new features and support existing iOS applications using Swift.
Build and maintain mobile applications using SwiftUI.
Work with RESTful APIs and asynchronous/concurrent programming using async/await.
Contribute to application architecture using MVVM and Clean Architecture.
Participate in technical discussions with internal teams and external mobile development partners.
Review and ensure the quality of deliverables from external development teams.
Install, configure, and maintain iOS development environments using Xcode.
Contribute to automated testing and continuous integration processes for mobile development.
Test and validate mobile solutions in real-world conditions.
Support continuous improvement of mobile applications, development practices, and technical solutions.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of professional experience in iOS/mobile development.
3+ years of professional experience with Swift.
Strong experience with SwiftUI.
Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs.
Experience with async/await, concurrency, and asynchronous programming.
Experience with MVVM and Clean Architecture.
Strong understanding of software architecture and development best practices.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
Hands-on experience with Xcode.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external development teams.
Fluency in English.
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Cocoa Touch and other Apple frameworks.
Experience with Combine and XCTest.
Experience with Git Flow, Jira, and Confluence.
Experience with Firebase, Mapbox, or fastlane.
Interest in product design and creating high-quality iOS user experiences.
Experience with CI/CD for mobile applications.
